Sheet Cakes
If you are expecting more guests than your chosen cake would cater for,
a sheet cake can be provided to increase portions. These are simple, single tier cakes, with the same flavours as your main cake. They are square/rectangle for ease of cutting, kept & cut behind the scenes.
This is also a nice cost effective way of keeping within a specific budget.
